About the Journal
Al-Turath Journal of Media Studies (ATJMS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research in media and communication studies. The journal seeks to promote rigorous academic inquiry and disseminate original research to researchers, academics, professionals, and students worldwide.
ATJMS provides immediate and unrestricted access to all published content without subscription, access, or download fees. The journal publishes two issues annually and welcomes high-quality original research articles and review papers covering journalism, digital media, broadcasting, public relations, advertising, social media, media technologies, political communication, visual communication, and related fields.
Published by Al-Turath University, ATJMS operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits the dissemination and reuse of published content with appropriate attribution. All submitted manuscripts are screened using Turnitin to support academic integrity and assess originality.
